His extensive leadership and coaching experience spans across Sales, Customer Service, Risk Management, Human Resources, and Strategic Planning with direct P&L responsibility exceeding $4 billion in a Fortune 50 company. He has a passion for revitalizing underperforming businesses and maximizing people performance. He brings a proven track record of driving superior business results, optimizing both people and process.
Greg's Story
Greg began his leadership career as a front-line supervisor and rose through positions of increasing leadership responsibility. Each experience helped shape his passion for leadership development and business transformation, inspiring him to make coaching and mentoring others his defining purpose.
Greg is a partner at Amplified Impact Partners where he provides pro-bono leadership and strategic consulting to non-profit organizations. Being a firm believer in giving back, his family founded the “Julie Perez Scholarship” supporting first generation Latina college students.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Communications from Adelphi University and Certificate in Executive Coaching from Symbiosis.
